Hi everyone!

Here's a look at what I wore to work in the first week of September!

The weather was a bit all over the place this week; smoky and humid for most of the week and then the rain started yesterday.  We need the rain so I am grateful for that but I am not ready for summer to be over!

This week I had my Nexus interview and was approved, so I'll get my card in the mail in about 2 weeks!  I also went to the Gordon Smith and Kim Dorland exhibition openings at Equinox Gallery with a couple of colleagues and it was great!  Super busy!  But I really enjoyed the art (Gordon Smith more so) and that's the main thing.

We have absolutely zero plans for this weekend which I can't say I'm mad about.  Last night we opened a bottle of wine from our last Okanagan trip (Mur-Fi's Red from Platinum Bench), made spaghetti for dinner,  and watched The Big Sick.

Today I think I might go to hot yoga (I really wanted to go yesterday but there weren't any with good timing after work), and return the sandals I bought last weekend to The Bay.  I also need to get some new luggage for our trip to Bali (my current carry-on has a broken wheel).

Other than that, I'm not really sure!  We need to plan the second part of our Bali trip, and I could start planning our kitchen reno (!!).  I already know how I want the kitchen to look, the finishes etc. but we need to do all the measurements!

See the blogs I link-up with here!

  1. We renovated our kitchen a few years ago and it was hectic, but the results are so worth it! Love the striped dress with the belt outfit! That belt is so cute!

  3. I just stumbled upon your blog and it's awesome! I love that you're a fellow Canadian, and shop at retailers that are actually affordable and that I recognize. It's so much more realistic than lots of personal style blogs. And I love your style too!
