Hi everyone!  How was your Easter??!

If you read last week's post or follow me on Instagram, you no doubt know that we went to Coachella! It was amazing, and exhausting, and really hot, and really fun! We would definitely go again, although it's by far the most expensive festival that we have ever been to (flights, hotel, etc. - the other ones have been within driving distance and we camped). It was also my first time in Palm Springs/Palm Desert and I loved it! I do really love the ocean, so it wouldn't be my first choice for a sunny getaway spot, but T and I both loved how easy it was to get to from Vancouver (3 hour direct flight), and the weather was just fantastic. It's also sunny and warm earlier in the year so I can definitely see us going there in January for our anniversary, February to escape the rain or even March for a long weekend. It's kind of a weird place since it's so man-made, Palm Desert especially as most of what we saw are homes/resorts in gated communities and the town itself looks really bland (all of the architecture looks the same). Having said that, apparently there are some really cool modernist homes in the actual Palm Springs area, which we didn't explore at all. One thing we both loved was the contrast of the mountains against the desert. The mountains there are actually quite bit and rocky! Totally different from the Okanagan (which is also a desert), where the mountains are just rolling hills really.

In my March Monthly Outfit Roundup I mentioned that I did a bit of a closet clean-out to prepare for some new Spring arrivals! It's always good to assess what you have and what you might need for an upcoming season. That way you can have a bit of a game plan when it comes to shopping (even though you might veer from that game plan every now and again!). One thing I didn't mention, but is a great time to start thinking about, is refreshing your bra situation. Especially for those off the shoulder, backless and low-cut tops and dresses you'll be wearing once the weather warms up! ThirdLove has been gracious enough to provide a 10% discount code (TLSPRING10) so that you can get started on refreshing your bra wardrobe now! ThirdLove rarely has sales so this is a great opportunity to pick up some new bras in fun colours, or to refresh your basics. They even have this cute little infographic to show you when it's time to ditch that old bra! I have the Perfect Plunge Bra in black, but am planning on purchasing the 24/7 T-Shirt Bra in both nude and black soon.

I hope you are all having a great weekend and thanks so much for reading!!

  7. Actually promo codes are not another idea, it is recently that buyers amid the most recent decade fell into examples of pointless spending and regularly disregarded any promo codes.https://storage.googleapis.com/renewalcoupon/index.html
