October Outfits Week Three

Hello hello!  It's been quite a week and I'm happy it's Sunday and I have zero plans.  Next week will be another long and busy one, I'm working 6 days in a row plus a long day Thursday and one of my friends coming to stay with us next weekend.

I'm wearing a few new things this week that I'm excited to tell you about so keep scrolling!

This is a new Zara dress, I'm wearing the XS and it's only $50!  I love wearing red and this dress has a sort of romantic feel with the red roses and the ruffles.

Nothing new here but I thought it was about time I pull out this duster cardigan from last year!  I'm fairly certain these are still in style and I needed to be quite warm at work on this day (the boiler was still broken :( )

I'm wearing a new mini skirt from H&M here.  You can't see them but there are a couple of gold non-working buttons at the waist which are kind of cute.  I'm wearing a 6 and it fits perfectly.  It's basically the same skirt as the plaid one I wore two weeks ago.

I bought this ruffle mockneck sweater from Gap at the end of last winter when it was on super sale.  I wasn't sure if I would like it; I don't really like mocknecks.  But I decided to keep it and this is the first time I've worn it.  I actually think it's really cute and the mockneck didn't bother me at all - maybe because it didn't actually touch my neck??

I did a little bit of shopping this week, but not much!  I was waiting for this cardigan from Old Navy to go on sale, because I have it in cream and love how it fits, and also love the camel colour for fall.  Well it finally went on sale and then promptly sold out in my size (XS).  So I was impatiently hoping they would re-stock it and they finally did!  I ordered it in camel and dark grey, along with this top in the white/pink colourway which is a fun play on plaid for fall I think, and some ankle and no-show socks to wear with booties (hopefully), all with 30% off.

My orders from Abercrombie and Dynamite haven't arrived yet, so no update there unfortunately. (See last week's post for details!)
