Hi! How's everyone doing? Weekend good? Sorry, I know it's Tuesday but to me it's Monday. Gosh, I was so tired after work today! You know when you come back to work after the weekend and have all.the.emails? That was me today. I really didn't want to do my BBG workout after work but I went to the gym anyways and once I was there decided to take a class instead so I could just turn my brain off for an hour. It took me a little while to get into it but I felt pretty good afterwards - and more awake! Crazy how that always happens, no?
T was in Seattle over the weekend so I had some time to myself. On Friday after work I went downtown and did some shopping before meeting up with some gals from work for a little party at the Vancouver Art Gallery. I did end up buying this sleeveless sweater (in Navy) from J.Crew which was totally unexpected. I was scouting for long-sleeved dresses at Old Navy, and trying on some shoes for size at Nordstrom (these booties, these flats). I had some extra time so I wandered into J.Crew and found the sweater on extra 40% off sale rack (it ended up being around $40 total). I had seen it online earlier this month and thought it was cute - but only 25% off online, and final sale. So seeing it in person was great! It's really soft and warm (unlike this one from J.Crew Factory), though slightly impractical for the season ... I wore it yesterday with distressed skinnies so am feeling good about it!
I'll share more about my scouting mission and it's results another time! Have a great week and thank you for reading!
