I haven't worn this skirt for awhile because the waist seemed too big (it didn't seem that way last year when I purchased it so either I've lost weight or my perspective has changed!) so I rigged up this flower pin to gather some of the excess fabric and pin it at the waist to fit better. It worked quite well but I think the flower could be a bit bolder, or something. Maybe two flowers?
Anyways, this weekend we are heading to Gabriola Island to celebrate two of our friends getting married! I'll try and remember to take a pic or two of what I wear :)
