Loving the Long Weekend

Yesterday (Feb. 11) was a new holiday here in BC - Family Day.

Long weekends always make me wish that every weekend had 3 days.  I really feel like 2 days of relaxation are needed, and one day of productivity.

Here's what went down in our little corner of the world:
T & I went out for sushi & drinks Friday night with friends ... Saturday T went to poker in the afternoon while I caught up on Grey's Anatomy & went to the gym ... Sunday we went to Ikea & saw Life of Pi in 3D ... Monday we made Eggs Benedict for brunch & did some home projects.  All in all, an excellent weekend!
