I tried to make my ponytail look like this today, I really did, but it failed. I can never seem to get rid of those hair bumps you get when doing a ponytail ... so frustrating! Any tips ? Please ?!

I'm no help since I never wear my hair up but there are these things called "velcro bumps" (like bump-its but smaller) that help create a much more normal looking pouf. They sell them on eBay for super cheap.
