Jules in Flats - What I Wore to Work in October (Week 3)

Jules in Flats - What I Wore to Work in October (Week 4)

Hi everyone!  Here's a look at what I've been wearing to work for the past couple of weeks.

Before Daylight Savings, it was very dark in the mornings and we've also had quite a bit of rain.  So it's been difficult to take outfit photos both inside and outside!  Thank you for bearing with me.

So I'm wearing a few new things here, but as usual it is mostly all old.  The oversized button up top from Abercrombie is new and although it fits well and is super soft (it's not that stiff cotton like a regular button up), I'm not sure if I would recommend it.  As you can see it wrinkles super easily (I steamed it in the morning and then sat down to do some work before taking photos), and it clung to my leggings.  Not exactly the look I was going for ... but I already took the tags off so c'est la vie!  I will make it work :)

The other things I will point out here are the new colours/patterns in the Pixie pants!  I got both the "bourbon" colour and "windowpane" pattern.  Normally I wear the 'Mid-Rise' Pixie pants but I noticed they aren't doing the new colours in that style anymore and are kind of transitioning over to the 'All-New High-Waisted' style.  To me, they fit pretty much the same except the rise is higher - nothing to complain about IMO and I took my regular size (2 regular and then I fold the hems under once).

I did buy a couple more things which I am just waiting to get in the mail - I found out Forever21 is back so ordered a bunch of dresses and then couldn't help myself when it came to the hair accessories:

I feel like I should be ordering sweaters and holiday stuff but I'm just not there yet!

The Sephora Holiday event is on now for everyone, through November 9.  Here are some of my favourites:

The Original MakeUp Eraser 7-Day MakeUp Eraser Set
SUNDAY RILEY Good Genes All-In One Lactic Acid Treatment (I got a sample of this and really like it!)
Isle of Paradise Self Tanning Drops

What are you shopping for right now?  Anything?  Let me know in the comments below & as always, thank you for visiting!!
