February Outfits Week Four

Hi everyone!  How are you?

I'm good, my brows have healed after last week's waxing, but man my skin was terrible this week!  I'm not sure what it was, maybe my retinol, but in addition to multiple new large zits popping up on my chin DAILY, my skin was dry, patchy and flaky.  It was SUPER FUN let me tell you.  It seems to be improving now, fingers crossed I'm not jinxing myself by saying that.

I don't know if I talked about it on here or just IG Stories, I must have, but J.Crew Factory came out with a new style of flats called the Marina.  They are a basic pointy toe flat in leather, and you know I am all about good black & neutral flats, so I ordered both colours, plus the cute cap-toe colourway when they were 50% off + free shipping.  They arrived Wednesday night so I wore them Thursday (you can see them below in the last outfit) and did a little try-on/review on my Stories Friday AM.

Not much to say about this outfit except that the dress is sold out, but this one is pretty similar & is only $17.50!!

I got my J.Crew pants back from the tailor and am really happy with them!  These are the High Rise Peyton Wide-Leg Pants, I'm 5'3", wearing the regular size 2 and had them hemmed about an inch (I rolled the cuff under once and had them hemmed at that spot).

I had some Super Cash for Old Navy and haven't ordered anything from there in awhile, so I ordered some summer dresses to try.  It seems way too early to even be thinking about what I'm going to be wearing in the summer, but at the same time I know what I like and that's easy summer dresses!

These are the ones I ordered:

EATING

Salmon.

Can't remember what veg we had with this but I tried a new technique of topping with sugar & pan frying + finishing in the oven.  I overcooked it but the taste was good!

Whole roasted chicken + roasted carrots.

Burgers.

Frozen pizza topped with leftover roasted chicken, bacon + extra cheese.

Tacos.

Burgoo delivery: salad + mac & cheese.

FITNESS

Bodypump, Movewith Treadmill workout + Abs, HIIT Cals, hot yoga.
