Jules in Flats - What I Wore to Work in May

Jules in Flats - What I Wore to Work in May

Hi everyone!  How are you?!

Here's a look at what I wore to work the first week of May.  I'm back-posting this as I wasn't able to take all of my outfit photos in real time due to our balcony being used for kitchen reno debris.  It's clear now, so we're back to regularly scheduled programming! LOL

The kitchen reno is coming along well, our cabinets have been installed which feels like a major victory, the appliances are in (although microwave and stove are not hooked up), and our dishwasher is running which means no more doing dishes in the bathroom sink!!  The countertops and kitchen sink are being installed on Tuesday which means the end is in sight!  I'm so excited for the countertops to go down and the backsplash to be installed.  The cabinet pulls I ordered didn't work unfortunately (really really disappointed because they would have looked perfect), so I've ordered these instead.  They are larger than I wanted so we'll see if they are going to work or not; I think they should arrive by the end of the week.

The Gap order that I talked about last week arrived and unfortunately most of it was returned - I think I only kept the bralette (which is super soft and comfy BTW).  I thought the espadrilles were going to work but after wearing them to walk to work one day and on a lunch break the blisters were too painful!  Luckily I called customer service and they allowed me to return them, even though I'd worn them outside.  Also, after all of your positive comments on this jumpsuit, I've decided to order it!  I was just waiting for a coupon/discount code/sale, and finally got one for 25% off so fingers crossed it works!  I'm going to get this dress that I talked about at well, which looks perfect for Spring and Summer.

Anyways, I hope you all have a great weekend and thank you for visiting!
