Hi everyone! Here's a look at what I wore to work last week!
The first outfit you may have seen on Instagram ... my Valentine's Day outfit! Pink is my favourite colour so it was hard to choose, but there is something so flirty yet sweet about the blush pink pleated mini skirt that I couldn't resist! It's an oldie but a goodie from Forever 21! The things you can find there, I tell ya!
Also, I am bringing back the sock bun into my weekly or bi-weekly hair routine after this week! It's perfect for 3rd or 4th day hair and looks super cute (I got a couple of compliments last week😊) while also keeping the hair off my face (it gets annoying sometimes)!
I know it was a holiday/long weekend for a lot of you - did you have a good time?? It wasn't one here, but we ventured to Hemlock Mountain Resort after work on Friday for my cousin's 40th birthday party! There were about 16 of us altogether (mostly women, don't worry T was A-OK with that LOL) and it was super fun. A lot of hanging out, drinking, playing games, and even an afternoon snow shoe! Oh, and also a hot tub!
I'm on a new work schedule this week which is Tuesday to Saturday, until April. So I had Monday off and it was nice to be able to unpack the car, do laundry and plan a few meals after a weekend away. Also I went to yoga which was quite challenging but felt really good too, and then lunch afterwards at Tractor. I haven't been there in a long time and it's SO GOOD. Once the weather warms up I will be going there more during my work lunch break!
This week is busy with after-work activities - strata meeting tomorrow night, haircut Thursday, bestie sleepover Friday - tonight is the only night I have free until Saturday! We don't have cable so I won't be watching the Oscars live on Sunday but we'll download it and watch it on Monday instead. I love that the commercials are cut out but it's difficult to avoid spoilers!!
Anyways, I hope you have eased back into the workweek and at least it's a short one!
Thank you for reading!

I love flats! They are so much more comfortable than heels! But, I wear heels to be a little taller sometimes (i'm 5'1").

Thanks Kirsten! I totally get it - if I could walk in heels, I would wear them more often! xo
DeleteI always love your work outfits, Jules. These four are great. The ones with the two adorable, flippy mini skirts are my favorites. =)
ReplyDeleteWould love for you to join my new linkup from this week. It is a special linkup too - a celebration. Welcome by!
